Any yarn may be returned within 2 weeks of purchase for a full refund or exchange.
I wish I could say that all orders will be shipped the week that they are received, but it's just not so all the time. I have a huge inventory online and it's impossible for me to carry an inventory so all yarn is dyed to order and sometimes I get swamped and that means a wait. If it's going to pronounced, I usually email my customers to let them know that there is going to be a wait. Occasionally I will have yarn issues where I am in a position that I am waiting for yarn to arrive from a mill and sometimes that causes delays as well. For the most part I really try to get orders out the week that they are received.
